      Refund and Return Policy Guidelines

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. The same method the buyer used to pay for the item will be used by Pieko to process the refund.

      Cancellation

      It will take us 48 hours to process any orders you place with us. As long as you do it within 48 hours, you can cancel your order without being charged. If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return shipping.

      If you have any problems with the merchandise or the seller, kindly contact our support team. To contact us, write to support@pieko.co.uk. The problem might not be solved, though. The seller will be informed after carefully weighing all of the possibilities.

      Legalities
