Definitions
The person to whom the purchase order has been issued is the seller, also referred to as the website owner. The "buyer" is the individual or business that places the order. Anything the buyer has purchased from the seller is referred to as "items," ''goods," or "services."

Payment

Payment won't be anticipated until an order has been completed. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order won't be processed, and no goods will be delivered. The customer's failure to make payment will result in the seller regaining ownership of the goods.

When you are ready to finish your transaction, select "Checkout". If you proceed as a "guest" user.

On the checkout page, the total of your order will be visible. It's necessary to provide the billing information and the payment method.

Pieko accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, and PayPal.

Where can I get confirmation that this business transaction is risk-free?

We always use an encrypted, safe connection when dealing with credit card information. Pieko protects its secure checkout process with a 128-bit SSL encryption system. Find the tiny lock icon in the corner of your browser window to ensure a secure transaction. When an order is processed, the credit card information is removed from our database. Instead, it transfers to our banks. You can use your credit card number or bank account information to make purchases with complete confidence.

The goal of Pieko is to provide all customers with a simple, enjoyable experience when making purchases online. Pieko has set up a payment verification procedure out of concern for your safety. Prior to finalising an order, it's possible that some customer information will need to be verified. The data you supply must be correct and current in the event that we need to verify the security of your order.

Shipping Rules 

The buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs set by the seller. The seller is liable for the full price of the purchase if an item is stolen or lost in transit. In order to prevent the loss, obliteration, or damage of the products it sells to the buyer, the seller promises to take all necessary precautions. Please refer to our shipping policy if you have any additional inquiries about them.

Refund and Return Policy Guidelines

The item may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different item if the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days of the delivery date. By email at support@pieko.co.uk or through the website's contact page, you can get in touch with customer service regarding returns. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. The same method the buyer used to pay for the item will be used by Pieko to process the refund.

Cancellation

It will take us 48 hours to process any orders you place with us. As long as you do it within 48 hours, you can cancel your order without being charged. If you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return shipping.

Complaints

If you have any problems with the merchandise or the seller, kindly contact our support team. To contact us, write to support@pieko.co.uk. The problem might not be solved, though. The seller will be informed after carefully weighing all of the possibilities.

Legalities

Any potential health or safety risks are the buyer's responsibility once the seller has delivered the goods or rendered the services. The seller is not responsible for any harm the buyer may experience after purchasing the product. The laws of the owner of the website's home state shall govern any dispute relating to such use of the website. These payment guidelines could change in the future.
