  • What is Pieko's refund policy? At Pieko, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. You may return your items within 14 days of delivery.
  • How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pieko.co.uk. They will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the items back to us. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them.
  • What items are eligible for a return? To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • How long does it take to process the refund? Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will promptly process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Are there any exceptions to the refund policy? We do not accept returns on used or damaged items beyond what is necessary for inspection. Additionally, any returns requested after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • What if I receive a defective or damaged item? If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
  • What is Pieko's shipping policy? This rule applies to all orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom. Shipping is free, and all prices include taxes. Within 1-2 business days (Monday–Sunday), we'll get your purchase processed. The last time orders can be placed is at 5:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time. The transit time will be 3–5 business days (Monday–Sunday).
  • Is shipping included in the item's price? Yes, for deliveries within the United Kingdom, the shipping cost is already included in the item's price.
  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available.
  • Can I track my order during shipping? Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • What if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer service team at support@pieko.co.uk We will investigate the issue and provide you with the necessary assistance.
  • Can I change the shipping address after placing an order? We can attempt to change the shipping address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
  • What payment options are available? Pieko takes a variety of payment types, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, and PayPal. The payment system for Pieko uses 128-bit SSL encryption for security. In order to know if the transaction is safe, check to see if a lock icon appears in the corner of your browser.
